The challenge

The old template did not reflect the company and required a developer for every catalogue change. The team needed something they could edit themselves without touching code. The site also had to work for both the trade counter — where staff look up products quickly — and for new customers discovering the company for the first time.

What we did

1. 01

   Built a custom WordPress theme to the studio designs — no page-builder bloat — so the site is fast and the markup is clean, not a nesting of shortcodes.

   Structured the admin around how the team actually works: products, categories and pages they can update in minutes, with sensible defaults so a new page never looks broken even if nobody designs it first.

   Kept performance tight on a standard hosting stack the company already maintains — no special server requirements, no ongoing licence fees for page builders.

4. 04

   Delivered a short handover session and a written guide covering the tasks the team does most: adding a product, updating a category, publishing news.

Outcome

A faster site the company updates themselves. Product changes that used to take a days-long round trip with a developer now take minutes, and the site finally looks like the company it represents. The stack is one the company already knows how to maintain.
