The challenge
Vehicle data arrives from different trackers in different formats, and the dashboard has to update live without a refresh. Dispatchers also needed to see at a glance which deliveries were on time and which were at risk.

What we did
- 01
Built a dashboard that ingests tracker data from multiple sources and normalises it into one live view.
- 02
Designed the map view to show vehicle locations updating in real time, with delivery status colour-coded so problems stand out.
- 03
Added driver-hour tracking so the firm can see who is available and who is near their limit without checking paper logs.
- 04
Included a daily summary report so management sees the previous day’s performance without opening the dashboard.

Outcome
A live view of the whole fleet. Dispatchers see problems before customers call, driver hours are tracked automatically, and the daily report means performance is reviewed rather than remembered.
