The challenge

Property search is inherently spatial — buyers think in areas and price bands, not in listing order. The existing site was a flat list that made it hard to compare what is actually available where.

What we did

1. 01

   Built a map-first search where results update as the map moves, with filters for price, beds, type and area.

   Designed listing pages that lead with the photos and the facts a buyer actually needs, not a wall of text.

3. 03

   Added agent profiles with their active listings, so enquiries go to the person who knows the property.

   Structured the site for search engines, with clean URLs and fast pages so listings get found.

Outcome

A portal buyers actually use to search. Enquiries arrive with the buyer’s criteria already attached, so agents start the conversation ahead rather than asking what the buyer wants.
