The challenge

Restaurants change menus daily and run on thin margins. The site had to be fast enough to load on a phone in a noisy restaurant, and simple enough for a manager to update the special of the day without calling anyone.

What we did

   Built a fast, mobile-first site where the menu is the hero — large photos, clear pricing, no clutter.

   Added an online reservation system that syncs with the restaurant’s table plan, so bookings are accurate and walk-ins are managed fairly.

   Designed a menu manager where the team updates daily specials and unavailable items in seconds, with no technical knowledge required.

   Integrated online ordering for pickup, so the kitchen receives tickets directly without a phone call.

Outcome

A site the restaurant runs itself. Reservations are accurate, menus are always current, and the kitchen gets pickup orders directly — no phone tag, no lost tickets.
